But here's the thing... we must NOT allow ourselves to slip into agist bullshit. Age and experience matter when dealing with complex issues.

BUT it's also true that folks need to know when it's time to pass the baton. If we aren't actively buturing and promoting leadship in the younger generations, we will be left with a talent and experience vacuum. And I don't think political leadership is necessarily a place where seniority should dominate.
