And I think Biden was fine with Garland’s caution, delay, fear, or whatever you want to call it. In end, it did turn into a chitshow and arguably cost us votes.

Besides, sounds like Smith is covering for Garland.

I do give Smith credit for getting what charges we had on trump at federal level and the attention it brought to trump’s criminality. But it wasn’t enough.
