How many years of experience do you have managing a news gathering organization or programming a Television network? Also, what data is the conclusion based on? Audience research done by Nielsen or other experienced measurement firm? Or maybe focused groups conducted in various cities with former MSNBC viewers?

All the the satellite services I have been on MSNBC was not on regular tier with Fox and CNN. Had to pay extra
