And the memories are good.

Funny how extreme conditions make people more likely to get along. Just like the fire scene in LA, it doesn't matter if your politics or religion aren't the same, you still pull your neighbor or the town drunk out of the snowbank and get them to a warm place if you're the first one to find them... or call the ambulance.

Living there all those years was certainly an experience of a lifetime and that's how I'll remember it.
