He also remained friends with her for some time after that. But at some point she did some things that pissed him off enough to make him start trashing her for various misdeeds. When he has talked about her, it's always felt like he was exaggerating some things, and like with Maddow, I think he credits himself for her success in her career. However, I have to believe it is mostly true and accurate or else he would be open to a defamation suit from her.

All the the satellite services I have been on MSNBC was not on regular tier with Fox and CNN. Had to pay extra

She started out on NBC mainstream news, and I think that's where she'll have a continuing role.
