16. Hey, comparing these two shots again,

I'm even more convinced the OP's photo is doctored. Because in this shot, there are wires attached to the pole further down than the top that is supposedly suspended in the first photo because the pole had burned. Those lines are still in the OP photo, even though the pole supporting them no longer exists.
