I can live with being inconvenienced into using a VPN to access it if it's banned in the U.S. But I will be saddened if I lose some valued content creators who can't, and that's unfortunately likely to happen with a ban.

Most people here who are critical of TikTok content have clearly never used it. At least not effectively. It's simple to control the content and quality of your algorithm, if you make the simple effort do so. People who complain about seeing content they don't like or want, either can't or won't learn how to control it. I've tried to explain it in past threads, and it landed on the deaf ears of people who just want to argue or complain, so I gave up trying.

That said, TikTok is not anywhere near the top of my list of relevant election issues. Then again, I don't use it socially, nor is my account monetized. That might change how others view the ban.
