That sounds about right up his alley...
Unfortunately, he "learned a lesson" from COVID...I know, like he could learn anything, right? well somehow the plan stuck in his mind.

So just be aware, we're on our own for the Bid Flu thing...unless these scientists find a way to get the word out ....
