23. I'm trying to figure out what our ruling oligarchs will do ..

when they realize that the country they think they are
running turns into the country they will actually try to
run and fail spectacularly when..

not only what you describe happens, but also due to
what climate change will do.

It''s going to be such a fubar mess that their lives will
also be impacted for the worse.

What will they do? Cut and run would be my best guess,
but who the hell knows?
