Canned goods keep for years.

You can buy them in bulk at Costco.

Someone mentioned buying 100-pound bags of beans and rice and store them in metal containers.

I think it's better to do what you can now.

Food will continue to be available at the grocery stores but the prices will likely be much higher.

The shelves might sometimes be less plentiful than what we're used to.

Hey, I'm not trying to run your life.

I'm just offering advice because I care about you (unlike Trump).
