(17,064 posts)43. Does anyone know what the conditions are for striking workers to be eligible for unemployment?
New York, New Jersey, and California allow people on strike to receive unemployment benefits. Washington is currently looking at passing it.
It was probably written to cover a strike called by a labor union, but wondered if it could be expanded to cover a general strike like this?
