10. Anyone with a shred of journalism ethics will go by the precedent of

"The Artist formerly known as Prince," when he chose that unpronounceable symbol for his name;
and the social media platform formerly known as "Twitter," when Musk renamed it "X".

I'm sure there are other examples. Among the purposes of journalism is to communicate clearly, and that applies to geographic locations, too.

These re-namings are "freedom fries" silly.
