Yes, it took military victory to end WW2. But what changed the world view of Germany and Japan was a worldwide show of their awful actions.
Publicize all the details of everything the GOP is doing. While they have no shame now, that will change as the world pushes back on their actions. Mexico is refusing immigrant flights, soon our security services will find themselves isolated. It will take time, but the world will react.
