47. I know this is a bit off-topic, but when I saw your mention of a condo...

I just read an article about how the insurance industry is about to really screw condo owners because they took such a hit from the California fires. Like charging astronomical prices and outright denial. If the owners cannot get insurance in some locations, they cannot live in the condo. It is going to be a huge mess, and it is because of that orange gibbon getting back into office that these leeches are being this bold.
