manifestation of a platonic form of 'hatred'. That is nonsense. He was a really awful person, like Trump is, and was fully responsible for the awful hateful shit he did, just like Trump is.

Also fascist theory is 'reasoned'. It has a philosophical tradition and a large volume of 'reasoned' literature that justifies it's ideology.
