Retroactively and demand the Tariffs from our customs brokers, who will then pay it, and pass through to us on our weekly bills.

This isn't like the Steel Tariffs (232 Investigation) or 301 (4 lists specific to China). My broker has advised it is across the board all Country of Origin.

It won't impact Chapter 98's (Returns for Warranty, Replacement, Repair).

Anxious as I have several returns in transit - some for rail products and two for industrial plumbing.
