And also: what does it say that Baby Shark is the most watched video? I dunno, that it’s a catchy tune that literally millions of children across the world love? If you want to see the cultural impact of Baby Shark, watch this video of protesters in Lebanon singing Baby Shark to a child who was scared of the protests. Maybe Baby Shark’s high views are a sign that people love our children so much we’ll play an annoying song over and over again just because it brings them joy.
