Musk is unelected. We want to stop him. [View all]

Is there any legal mechanism to stop his overreach, such as an injunction?

And who would have standing to go to Court, an individual citizen, an organization?

A TRO (an immediate injunction called a Temporary Restraining Order) could be attained this morning.

Ideally, I would like to see Trump try to stop a federal marshal from locking the doors on Musk.
