Sure. They are already guilty of breaking several laws. But, since they do not care what we think, and since no one is willing to enforce them...?

In the immortal words of Jim Malone: "Now, what are you prepared to do?"

I also like the line that Elliot Ness says to the D.A.: "I have foresworn myself. I have broken every law I have sworn to uphold, I have become what I beheld and I am content that I have done right!"

That is pretty much the only option I see now. Because, despite some people's refusal to be realistic, there are laws and there is what is good and proper. Sometimes they clash. We seldom want to admit this, but it is the case. In the fight for our nation, we need to remember these words. Because they are not going to be 'legal' in their actions. Hell they are already guilty of crimes. Yet, we are wringing our hands and wondering if we can pass a law to stop this. Legislation is not going to stop this. Nothing short of an equal response is going to stop this.

There is no safety on the 'high road'. Time to get our hands dirty.
