48. Take a break from what you can't control...

We are all scared to what is going on. Thats what they want you to feel.
so, turn off the news, stay off social media, and do things that give you peace... Take a vacation from all of this.
We will need you when you feel like you can cope again.
But make sure you take care of yourself first... be kind to yourself and understand that this will have to play out through the courts. And the good news is, Trump is losing in the courts...
We will survive this, and we will return to the once great country... gotta believe that!!!
we will miss ya... till next time,
