insane, Putin would try to damage the Chernobyl reactor, which is still "reacting," and not under control.....Much like Fukushima by the way, and Japan is flushing water into the ocean to keep it cooled, and the radioactive water from that, is showing up all the way down the U.S. West coast from Alaska to Mexico.........
