for their (reasonably) efficient distribution? Then yes, yes it is bad for the economy. But it's also inevitable that one or more of those key components will fail, probably in not THAT long, and probably very catastrophically. This will mean the 'perpetual growth' model upon which the entirety of the 'global economy' is predicated will begin to fail. In its stead, an economy with very different tenets and terms is likely to arise soon after. And it's going to be one that's much more intrinsically violent and competitive
