Malcom Nance said there is a mural in Ukraine that has these words (in Cyrillic) under a picture of a Cossack.

Ukraine has been fighting a total war since this conflict began, they were the heart of the Partisan effort vs the Nazis in World War II, and I do not see them going out without a fight to the end.
