17. Employees are not treated as they should be by Mgmt way too often

Upper Mgmt and/or owners chose to relocate headquarters

Lot of corporate heads are STUPID too and don’t value their employees
as much as they should, Why they don’t Inwill never understand

Lots of firms moved hdqtrs from Calif to Texas,
But that didn’t mean ALL the employees moved.

The SF Bay Area, especially the Silicon Valley firms have had problems
with housing affordability for their employees—- that’s been a problem with affordability
For DECADES.

But like Tesla moving to Texas…..a LOT of employees did not move,
Many just stayed and got employment elsewhere.

Texas doesn’t have “much” in outdoor environments like California,
Weather SUCKS in Texas
Gulf of Mexico waters on Texas coast are murky, and Texas beaches leave a lot to be desired compared to beaches on West Coast

But Florida has GREAT beaches, and GREAT water.
