that every appointment by Trump, is run through "Putin's" fine tooth comb before he allows Trump to do it.........

And during his first term, Trump must have had some Back Channel Method of communicating with Putin.
But now, Trump probably has a direct line to Putin to use 24/7/365 and isn't even trying to hide it anymore...
