You load the app, and sign in. It will ask to use your location. It is very important to say YES because when they have that, all your various Federal and State Reps are identified.
When you open it there will be a list of important issues. Tap on the issue and it brings up the contact info for the correct person(s) to call.
Example: the list has an issue regarding school vouchers. I tap that and the contact info for my State Senator and my State Rep will pop up. There will also be some text to help you with the call.
If the issue is finished (bill passed or whatever) it drops off the list.
It is a great tool.
