Trump and Vance obviously planned their outbursts at Zelenskyy to create an excuse to surrender Ukraine to Russia [View all]

Shady Vance is increasingly looking like the Trump-whisperer, conspiring and performing their bullying act together today, and yesterday in the presser with Keir Starmer, all to facilitate and cover for their already intended abandonment of Ukraine's defense and protection.

Trump's obviously already pre-written post on his propaganda site which read, "Ukraine isn't ready for peace" was the first self-serving surrender of an American ally to a foreign enemy by a U.S. president since Roosevelt hemmed and hawed over militarily confronting Germany as Jews were being rounded up and slaughtered by Hitler.

I'm glad Vance thought to remind everyone watching who Zelenskyy looked to for support in the election; not making any definitive choice between candidates, but experiencing support and opposition together, in real time, as Trump was actively urging Congress to vote against aid to Ukraine, even as Putin was reducing their cities to shards, carpet bombing residential neighborhoods, and hospitals, and schools.

As we watch Trump try to use the reality and threat of further Russian genocide as leverage against Ukraine, we should be reminded that it was just a little while ago he was promising to "use Ukraine aid as leverage against Russia."

“I want to reach an agreement,” Trump said in Dec. 2024, according to Time. “The only way you’re going to reach an agreement is not to abandon (Ukraine).”
