Valuing difference
Our similarities and differences strengthen us as we unite around something bigger than ourselves.
We seek to understand and honor our unique experiences and perspectives.
Ensuring equal access
We intentionally promote equal opportunity through our processes and practices.
We strive to provide personalized development and eliminate barriers to opportunities so all can thrive.
Creating a culture of belonging
We inspire a community by meeting people where they are.
We promote and sustain a culture where all individuals can thrive and contribute their personal best.

For what it's worth, Target which ditched DEI had Black History Month on their website in Feb. It now has Women's History Month https://www.target.com/c/women-owned-brands-at-target/-/N-duljx and Celebrate Ramadan and Eid. https://www.target.com/c/celebrate-ramadan-and-eid/-/N-v955v
Here is what Target says
Care
We show up for each other, make people the priority, and treat each other with respect. We believe in lifting each other up and valuing our relationships with one another and our guests above all else.

For what it's worth, I don't know exactly what that means. Within the framework of a corporation the term DEI could simply mean anything....
Generally, I assume some funds are spent, but who knows and how much a scholarship here and there. Acceptance of others? Training?

They may as well have had a Jesus fish on their sign (which is odd, considering they serve chicken) . . . .

I've only ever eaten there once myself - and then only because I literally had no other choice.

Were they ever DEI. My recollection is they are rabid homophobes. They are posers.

Before I saw their hate, I thought their chicken was great, but now, it leaves a very bad taste in my mouth.

I did the boycott thing for a year when all of that was in the news some years back.

Yes... Chic-fil-a makes tasteless food... but that should be the only reason for the boycott...
