26. Sid I can't blame you or Canadians

It is totally appropriate and proper. Our President completely disrespected your people, government and country. He is screwing around with the best neighbors in the world because he is a prick. I say our president not because he holds any affection in my heart but he was elected this last time by Americans. Many chose to not even vote.

Redemption is a feature of nations as well as individual lives. So don’t close off completely. And yes there is something sickening about my country. Let us hope, for it is a good thing to hope, that this will pass with limited damage to people’s lives. But any insults and distance we get from Canadians is well earned.
