I think Pope Francisc died some days or a week ago. The constant reporting on his health is subtle weak signalling to those that know how to decode. This is what I chose to accept as fact. I don't blame the Vatican chancellery & staff for going this route.

As for conclave election, I think there's an ongoing proxy conclave ever since they sent him to hospital, until they make it ceremonial and official on whom they reveal to have chosen.

Why do I think this?

The next Bishop of Rome, Roman Catholic Pope, will be from: either Asia, or Africa, or maybe (but doubtful? again?) from the Americas.
There's no other explanation.

There's no other explanation than that the proxy conclave negotiations are still ongoing, tough, and there's no consensus as of yet, for when they'll play it in the official conclave to the rest of the public, world.
