Helena hit us here in WNC, we had no power, no net, and no phones for a long time. No money could be withdrawn from banks except a few hundred, and those lines, in drive through only, were longer than gas lines for 10 gallons only. With cash.. Nothing could be purchased at any store or gas station, also limited amount, cash only.
Those same limitation could be unforced nationwide, and power, Cells, and Net could
all be shut down. .
Those few weeks were horrifying. Anger and rage was all over. On a nation wide scale, lunatics will be roaming and taking with deadly force.
Having a wallet or mattress full of cash will do little.
