I mark it as spam and delete.
Also, when I call out, I have No Caller ID.
I do miss connecting with some necessary numbers, but my phone is now silent, as it should be.

I was getting way too many spam calls. Now, I have peace again.

on edit: I did sign up for a security plan that screens calls and monitors spam online and on the phone. It is worth it for my sanity.
