Pro tip: "So I think we have to see" and "I'm trying to find out what they took away" and "It could be hurting all students" aren't exactly forthright condemnations.
Note: Since I can't access the article, there may well be paragraphs where he opposes this action that I wasn't able to see.

He specifically says it's about violence and antisemitism. He's talking about laws.
