There is nothing worse than an unjust law. When laws become unjust, it is the obligation of patriots to violate those laws. In a democracy, human rights are fundamental. Any law that violates democratic principles or human rights is inherently unjust, and must be opposed in the strongest manner possible. In the modern world, the only legitimate form of government is a democracy. Any regime that is not democratic is de facto illegal and therefore must be opposed and abolished.
