4. I remember reading her story as a 17 yr old woman...

it changed me. All the political and socio-economic issues, the fact she and her family were turned away as their ship tried to dock. The clarity of her voice through that diary of a young girl is as amazing as it is ultimately heart breaking. It taught me the definition of courage.
