think I can disagree with much or any of that.
My issue is with the movement to purposefully tank a large company (and cheer while it happens) just so we might feel we got some sort of revenge or something. I'm not saying that is invalid, I'm just saying the cost is too high, and that cost will be paid by innocent people who are doing nothing more than trying to make a living. That is the part that disgusts me. We are supposed to be the people who care about others, the exact opposite of that which we despise. But constant calls for boycotts and such hurt a LOT of innocent and uninvolved people, and I insist that we remember that minor detail when promoting this sort of stuff. Yes, it's a bad spot to be in, but that's exactly where we are, like it or not. And we are going to have to endure it for another 20 months at minimum. There are other ways to make our voices heard without pouring gas on everything and lighting a match because you've made no friend of the people who get their house repossessed and end up living in the back seat of their car after Tesla lays off half their workforce.
It bothers me that I also have to defend such a position among Democrats. We are supposed to hold ourselves to a higher standard. We are supposed to be smarter and better than that.
