with painful cuts to the bottom 90% ?

The Republicans GENERATED the damn deficits with their wars and tax cuts! They should make up the trillions with tax increases at the top and a teeny weeny transaction tax on Wall Street!

Democrats should not have to make any more cuts until the GOP agrees to raise much more revenue-- at least the cost of the Iraq war and the years of top tax cuts.
