9. It fluctuated pretty wildly much of the day

Down 1600 at 9:45, up 880 at 10:20, down 906 at 10:40, down 15 at 11:05, down 1036 at 11:30. The rest of the day it fluctuated between 930 down and 97 down before closing down 349.

Why? Uncertainty.
