Restitution for my ex trying to kill me and "embezzlement" - Trial this Friday [View all]

Don't know how many of you recall, but my abusive ex tried to kill me in October.

She faces 2 felonies with added Great Bodily Injury ...maybe about 8-10 years per charge.
Trial is this Friday and I have to testify.

The DA sent me a 'restitution" form since I mentioned that she basically bullied me into payng for everything and sent money to her friends in GA and sent me the bills for her credit card etc...never worked and spent ALL of my parent's inheritance.

OK, so I found the page on restitution...so they will be garnished and the state will pay me.

I guess I am just posting here for solidarity... I need some love and support since I am testifying this week!
