In the 1970s the Spokane Lilac Festival published the marching order for the Lilac Festival Torchlight Parade in the newspaper. They put equestrian units at several points in the order, and after each one was Carts and Boys.

Carts and Cabinet Members sound appropriate for this fiasco.
