Can somebody here tell me how you tariff a movie? [View all]

You asses the Tariff charge to who and where?

Let's say, for example, Paramount makes a movie in Australia. They sell the rights to Netflix. Netflix puts the movie on its platform and, as a subscriber, I watch it. Who the fuck pays the Tariff?
