Anyone who says that a constitutional amendment is the answer has never read the Constitution closely enough to understand it. If they had, they'd know that there is no chance of any constitutional amendment being passed and ratified right now.

So, knock off the nonsense and get people out to vote for Democrats in every election.
That is the only path to recovery.
