7. I applied for mine in late March.

Still have not received it.

Then I am told, I may have to change apartments being that my husband will be in another, more expensive area due to declining health. This will occur later this week.

Being that I applied and paid for a Real ID non-drivers and may have to move to a smaller apartment, what will happen? I would also have to re-register to vote as well.
