...the ones whining about "schism" and "apostasy" in the American Church. Groups like the Napa and Acton Institutes are really just far-right "think" tanks wearing Roman collars. And if they keep up their hell-bent propensity for tearing apart parishes and dioceses, they'll get the schism they fear, guaranteed. I've seen it happen, where a radtrad priest is forced on a progressive parish and causes utter destruction. It happened in the late '90s at the University of Minnesota, and more recently at UW-Madison. My understanding is that this is an actual strategy on their part.
