No, that's the way capitalism works. Walmart is in it for the profit, just like every other retail business.
Trump is just trying to redirect the blame from him for initiating the tariff.
If he doesn't want Walmart to raise prices, they he shouldn't have levied the tariff that result in their costs going up.
