that would call the question. This is very deliberate, of course. They are clinging to the fiction that the judiciary is still a thing, and it isn't If they ever make a solid ruling against this administration, it will be ignored.

The judges (including SCOTUS) know it will be ignored, and they know that means the end of the Judicial branch of government for all practical purposes.

But it actually ended with the ruling giving Trump general immunity. That is the day the courts died. They just don't want to admit it, so we go on with this daily theater while judges act like they are making real decisions and the administration acts like it is obeying. But they all know it is over.

And when we report on and discuss this Kabuki theater as if we still had a functioning judicial system, we are aiding and abetting the destruction of our Constitutional system. We really must stop normalizing this.

P.S. The judiciary still functions to deal with street criminals, but little else.
