5. I have relatives living in a rural area where hospitals and nursing homes are already scarce. The

kind of area where specialists might be available at the nearest hospital only one week a month. In another rural area with a small hospital less than ten miles from the farm my grandfather owned, their hospital has had to suspend some services/programs and get local aid via a higher local sales tax. The spending cuts in this bill will shut a lot of those small-town hospitals down. Especially with the Medicare cuts the bill will also trigger because it adds so much to the country's debt.

But Trump and the politicians supporting him do not care about the rural areas that voted for him.
