(26,345 posts)57. More power to him. I don't know how many of my friends, when they retired, moved to points south of the
border and other places for their retirements, being that the cost of living was lower there for them. They're still Americans at heart, and I wish them all best wishes. How many Americans live overseas? I bet the actual numbers will shock people, Americans have always traveled the world and have been doing so forever it seems live. After all, our ancestors came literally from all over the world.
