I speak Spanish. Been doing it all day, in fact (full disclosure, I’m in Madrid for work, so DUH ).

Anyone who knows Spanish well would recognize my Spain accent immediately. I have lived and gone to school in Spain, although I’m an Anglo. But I doubt the thugs hired by ICE to their dirty work could order a taco in Cuernavaca, much less distinguish between American versions of Spanish and continental European Spanish.
