Is the provision to keep federal judges from finding Trump et al in contempt for ignoring their rulings still in the BBB [View all]

From what I've been able to find out it appears that this provision was still in the Senate version of the bill. I'm not a lawyer so I'm not sure I understand when the summary says " Specifically, if no security was given when the injunction or order was issued, the citation of contempt may not be enforced."

What is security? How is it given? What do judges do to "give security" when they place injunctions or give an order?
